We are deeply proud of our products and are extremely confident that you will be delighted once you receive it. However, in the unlikely scenario that the piece is not to your total satisfaction we will be happy to replace it or refund you. We are happy to offer returns on all items up to 30 days after you have received the product.
If you ordered the wrong size or the wrong item we will happily send you the correct item/size. However, you may need to cover the shipping cost.
In the unlikely event that we sent you the wrong item/size we will send you the correct size immediately and of course cover shipping. In the other unlikely event that the item is faulty, damaged, or has some manufacturing problem we will issue a refund immediately upon receiving proof of the error.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement for an item that you simply changed your mind about, the item should be unused and in good condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your replacement/refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to exchange items for any reason (shipping costs will not be paid by us, however). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless, of course, the refund is due to a fault on our end. As we are still a small business we do not have a the ability to provide free shipping and returns. We are looking into this with couriers and hope to be able to provide this service in future.
